Connections is a one-of-a-kind modern art painting by artist Janet Antepara.
While daydreaming in my studio, the idea for this painting suddenly popped into my head. I sketched it out and started painting. "Connections" explores the concept that all energy is interconnected. The two multicolored, battery-like structures symbolize our shared energy, with overlapping shapes and colors illustrating the synergy and magnetism of human interaction. This interaction produces an explosive arc of energy at the top of the painting. The bottom depicts the connection between the manmade and natural worlds, with a structured cityscape on the left grounded by green earth and blue energy orbs. Surrounding everything is a white current of electricity, forming a continuous loop that represents the endless flow of energy through all things.
