Big Pink is a one-of-a-kind modern art painting by artist Janet Antepara.
Big Pink is the U.S. Bancorp Tower in Portland Oregon. It's nicknamed is Big Pink because of the pink color it reflects when the sunlight hits it.
This piece is my impression of Big Pink as you move throughout the city while your eyesight remains focused on the building. Its surroundings, hard edges and background blur with movement while sparkles and shades of pink envelop you.
This painting is currently part of the art show "Club V" at the Ford Gallery PDX in Portland, Oregon March 3-April 15.
