All products for the exception of original canvases are made-to-order and cannot be refunded. Refunds for original canvases are possible within 72 hours of receiving the canvas. Please contact email@example.com to make arrangements. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or you receive the wrong design. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All products shipped back to the manufacturer will be considered lost and exchanges will no longer be possible.
